Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Worcester Annual General Meeting

Our AGM will take place on 13th October at 2pm at Claines Church Institute Hall at School Bank WR3 7NY.

Nominations are invited for the following posts on the Management Committee for 2013/2014:

Chairman
Deputy Chairman
Secretary
Treasurer
Welfare Officer
Volunteer Coordinator

Nominations should be sent by email to rgcworcester@hotmail.com no later than 4th October.

New flexibility classes are scheduled to start this week. Please see below the timetable for this month:
Sunday 15/9 at 9am
Sunday 22/9 at 9am
Sunday 29/9 at 9am

Venue: Dance studio Riverside University of Worcester
Cost: £6 per session. Places in the class are limited so please book a place with Petra in advance.
Membership for non-gymnasts £19

We are pleased to announce that we were successful in our funding application and have been awarded £1000 towards the development of our club, specifically for the purchase of new equipment for our recreational, pre-school and summer school programme. Many thanks to Comic Relief Worcestershire.

Thank you to all who have been following our new viewing policy. This is just a quick note to clarify the policy which allows only 1 person/parent/grandparent/carer to view the training session. Thank you for your cooperation in allowing the training sessions to run safely, smoothly and for the benefit of the gymnasts.
